1st off, in need proper diagnostics you cannot get a proper repair and you own not given any good information at that. Need more info, i.e. year, cause, model, engine size and transmission type.
2nd, ASSUMING it is a brochure transmission and assuming that the individual time you have problems putting it surrounded by gear is with the engine running, you enjoy one of two possible problems, a) clutch slipping or wore out OR b) a bad 1st/reverse synchronizer and/or linkage problem
3rd, if you don't know what you are doing next take it to someone that does because assumptions solely do one thing...take home and *** out of you and me!
Sounds like you may entail a new clutch, or at smallest you may need to hold yours looked at.
If you can easily rivet any of these gears with engine switched stale you`ve got clutch trouble.
if it is a stick shifft, you hold a slave cylinder resorvoir for the clutch . put some brake fluid in it. you may own to have it drained out or bled to acquire the air out of it. you may hold ruined your clutch if u drove it like this too long.the resorvoir is subsequent to your brake resorvoir. u know where i.e. right?
If you still have difficulties while the engine is rotten, your linkage may be messed up.
sounds like the clutch is going
Sounds close to a clutch drag problem. Chances are it is the actuator mechanism to some extent than the clutch itself. You usually get clutch slip a bit than clutch drag when the clutch starts to wear out. Older Corsa's had a cable operate clutch - I'm not sure about an 02 plate - it may be hydraulic.
If it's cable operate, you may be able to adjust it to remove some of the slack from the cable. Try questioning the web for Corsa clutch adjustment, or basically buy a Haynes manual.
It it's hydraulic, here may be a leak on the master or slave cylinder and this will stipulation to be repaired before refill and bleeding the system.
