Question: Hi, I need some direction, I've just be told i have an exam contained by ONE week, I'd just approaching some ideas on how to revise best. I'm really panic!

Since I don't know what you're studying, I'll just extend some general guidance which I picked up when I was an unexploited slacker at Uni.
-It's always adjectives to find out who the class/course swot is. Arrange to study with them, even if it's in recent times one time. They will give you a biddable idea of how far astern you are (if you are), what you need to study and backing out with any tricky stuff.
-If that can't be arranged, try at smallest to study with the swottier of your mate. Not the wasters! They'll procrastinate and you don't enjoy time for that! If you study in pairs or groups, timewasting is much smaller amount likely to surface.
-If you can bear to be here outside class/lecture time, revise at school where on earth there are a reduced amount of distractions and more resources.
-if you can't do that, go to a mate's house. There's smaller quantity chance you'll switch on the telly or catch distracted by parents round there.
-Never study for more than 2 hours solid. Take regular breaks for tea/food and ciggies singular if really have to. If you receive tired, stop. You're wasting your time trying to remember stuff if you're beginning to stumble asleep.
-Don't revise through the night. It will attain you out of time synch for the exam and you'll be knackered when you most need to be alert.
-Remember the 3 Rs: Read - later (w)Rite - then Review. Continually be asking yourself loads of question throughout the revision about what it is you are supposed to know.
-Get mum and dad to assessment you if you're mates are adjectives wasters.
-Do not, beneath any circumstances, feel bad/guilty/square/swotty for relating your mates to **** past its sell-by date if they try to distract you.
Stay calm, brand name a timetable for revision. Ask for help from parents or friends. I other found it easier if I was asked question rather than spending hours reading. If this unachievable make revision cards. Take the crucial points put them on cards then muddle them up and swot them this way. Most of adjectives DON`T PANIC. Good luck in the exam.
Remain level-headed.
Pull out the most imprortant areas to cover and make notes/revision cards that you can check yourself on, or ask friends to help experiment you.
Even writing the notes help a lot sink contained by!
