You can use Vector engineer its free to download 2D drawing program,use the correlation below.I used it on drawings for a factory upgrade last year and save my loads of time.
Google Images will give a biddable range of pictures to use if he can't draw from score, or he could use clipart if you have any.
Its best if he picks a subject or something he's interested in.
You can produce artwork contained by many different freeware programs. I'd recommend PaintdotNet, its plentifully like Paint but have more tools, its very undemanding to learn.

Your sone should enjoy been shown how to break open a new logo, import a spanking new image, and so on at academy; if not next what the teachers are asking him to do is unreasonable.
