125sms.com hold the wrong address - sustain needed!?
Question: 125sms.com have sent a bill for lb99.50 and a communiqué threatening legal bustle to my 96-year-old grandmother, who doesn't even own a computer or a mobile. The address is my gran's but the name on the reminder is not hers. What can we do? The letter quoted an IP address - can the tangible recipient of the bill be traced through this?
She's worried sick - what do we do? Any give a hand appreciated.

just convey it back beside "not known at this address" written on the envelope
close the eyes to it, its bullshit, its a scam sent to prey on peoples fears
If you actually showed up at court i promise the settle would apologise, but it wont because itd be a civil matter and they own no case
rip further packages up and dont worry =)
