125sms.com hold the wrong address - sustain needed!?

Question:
125sms.com have sent a bill for lb99.50 and a communiqué threatening legal bustle to my 96-year-old grandmother, who doesn't even own a computer or a mobile. The address is my gran's but the name on the reminder is not hers. What can we do? The letter quoted an IP address - can the tangible recipient of the bill be traced through this?

She's worried sick - what do we do? Any give a hand appreciated.

Answers:
Hey - this seems to be a express growing scam. Check out this forum and it'll put your mind at rest...

just convey it back beside "not known at this address" written on the envelope
close the eyes to it, its bullshit, its a scam sent to prey on peoples fears
If you actually showed up at court i promise the settle would apologise, but it wont because itd be a civil matter and they own no case
rip further packages up and dont worry =)
