12 month guarantee?
Question: I purchased a product with a 1 year guarantee and have it replaced after 6 months because it was damaged. After another 6 months the replacement is now also not working. does the 1 year guarantee start again from the time that i had it replaced ? as it is with the sole purpose 6 months old.

the store shud own gave you a up to date receipt for you replacement if so it will be still lower than guarentee as it will still have 6 months vanished on it!
