[HELP]Connecting PS2 to PC?

Question:
Goal: Play ps2 on my lcd monitor.
What I have is an ATI X700, here is an S-Video plug, VGA, and DVI (I believe thats what its called) on the back of my graphics card..
My Current LCD monitor have only 1 adapter for vga.
That leaves me S-Video and dvi.

How Can I connect my ps2 to my pictographic card so I can use my LCD monitor to play?
If there is a possible route, is there a "box" of some sort I can use to press button to switch between the ps2 and my notebook?
Im looking for the most lagless solution when it comes to playing with my ps2 on my lcd, i know s-video seem to be the key, but is here an S-video "Box" thing that can alternate between ps2 and laptop?
