Call it back! also not a fitting idea to put someones phone number up on the internet!
This is a gimmick by phone centres to obtain you to phone this number back to ask who call. When you do, they tell you that you are interested ample in their products to enjoy called spinal column. Then you get the spiel on what they are selling. Just fail to acknowledge it. If you call support it will cost you about lb1 a minute as economically.

The company is trying to contact you for some reason (this may or may not be legitimate).
The plea for the silent calls is a problem near the automatic dialer they use, it is set up wrongly so there are more call than operators, (the telephone connects but the operator is still on the previous telephone; don't worry, they are not trying to stress out you or anything) hence the silent call.
I feel it's Vodafone.
