Any exersise you do regularly is polite but the best for abdominals are the machines oposite to the rest of the muscles, the 6 seconds rutine?, yeah, it burns some podgy but there is not resistence, no power and after a month almos any progress will be stuck.
Bicicle, turn overs, form downs working combined, that is really great...
