I hold resembling irregular white spots on tongue my gp said can be vitamin not as much as. i am not sure. please assist?

your doctor is probably right but it could also be zinc deficiency among other vitamins .so start taking a angelic multi vitamin and a high dose b complex vitamin solgar is vastly good multi vitamin high-ranking in b vits and adjectives other vitamins you will need.
also check your teeth they may also be cause problems

im not sure exactly because i would of to see them first but it could be simply a ulcers on the tongue , garlic and other things resembling that cause bleak mouth ulcers. another article, if you do chewing tobacco, it caues white spots on the tongue and cheek of your mouth which in time could create mouth cancer...

It may be "geographic tongue", irregular greyish-white patches that look resembling continents on a globe. I dream up the cause is unknown and it is not serious.
