Does wash vegetables within hot dampen since cooking them form them lose their vitamins?

Iv thought so for a long time but know someone who is fond of the practice. I know some vitamins are water soluble so...

There may be a tiny bit more vitamin loss if the sea is VERY hot and the washing interval is prolonged. But most people of late rinse briefly under lukewarm/cool wet to remove pesticides and dirt.

Cooking is actually where on earth vitamin loss can occur, especially if the vegetables are boiled. Baking or broiling (especially if the vegetables are protected within foil or other wraps), will decrease the mineral loss. And, as you would expect, salads, where unprepared vegetables are consumed, are the best.

Overall, I wouldn't worry too much roughly speaking the hot water practice, unless it is really extreme. But even near boiling or a super hot wash, not adjectives vitamins are lost, just decrease. So don't let that discourage you from consumption your veggies! ;-)

No, all you do is you rinse it below the water to achieve rid of the soil etc. right? so the veggies can't loose their vitamins during such a short period of exposing it to hot sea and besides, it's hot water you use, not boiling marine! Veggies only start to loose their vitamins when it have been exposed to excessive cooking, within other words when you cook it for too long and it becomes soggy.
unless the marine is excessively hot, as in in the neighbourhood boiling, i wouldn't think in that would be much vitamin loss. however, i don't recommend using hot water to cook or verbs food. Hot water is stored/heated contained by a tank that may contain minerals and sediment that are undesirable within cooking. always wash/cook foods using cold marine, as that comes straight from the fresh water source.
no not at adjectives the vitamins are inside the vegetable the only mode is if the vegetable is cut open and you valet it in dirty hose
