Any counsel on selling my house within a London auction asap?
Question: I have have 2 sales decline through on my property and I'm getting to the stage where finances are a nightmare! Someone said if I sold the property contained by a London auction I would get more money for it than a local auction as prices are greater down there. I live contained by Stoke On Trent and am desperate to get it sold. Does anyone know of any property auctions within London and have contact info for them? please serve

This is a London auction house, www.savills.co.uk. Their next auction is 19/02/2007, probably too unsettled for this one . They are a very apt company.

You could try media hype your house in the Evening Standard surrounded by London. Describe it well, local services and how long to London by train. Good Luck.
