Anyone hold good/bad experiences beside internet grocery shopping?
Question: I was planned to get my Tesco nativity between 4-6 on Monday, but didn't get within until 4.15, due to public transport, and missed it. Phoned up the customer services who said it was the driver's finding whether to bring it back or not. His judgment was not to. After making a big fuss I get it delivered at 9.20pm. I thought Tesco customer service be better than that!!

I have be shopping on line beside ASDA for sometime now,and
never have any problems,except the amount of plastic carrier stacks
the shopping is delivered within (23 this morning) one had a box of
teabags surrounded by it,one,2 tins of Heinz products,one 2 tins of Asda products,one with a bottle of wash up liquid,and one beside
2 bars of soap, and 2 next to,one small box of cereal in respectively,not to
mention the two around the toilet rolls,which were already contained by a bag.
Well to be honest it is not Tesco's condemn. You were not within at the time you chose. I know it wasn't your fault that the public transport be late but you know, you cant blame Tesco
I've used tesco confinement every week for the past 2 years, and hold always have very honourable service. Things do go wrong, and they've other put them right very vigorously. I have hear horror stories though.
i often use the lattice for my shopping and have found it extremely good, never have any problems at all, would reccommend it, xxx
I've used Tesco's for a couple of years and never have a problem. I did a Christmas shop this year for about lb100 and they couldn't deliver some things worth almost lb6 because of stock problems. They sent me an e-voucher for lb10 as compensation. I thought that was really polite.
I have spoken to oodles people that own shopped with tesco on-line and be disappointed with fresh fruit and veg aspect. it seems that the going over veg and fruit is given to the shopper.
i don't shop on-line because i am fussy in the region of fresh produce and like to choose it myself.
I use tesco online and never have a problem.
Most of the of the time if there are any problem the driver phone.
The individual one I have be happy next to is Schwan's. but its not a full grocery service..mostly frozen foods.
