Question: i got a 8week elderly staff and she is always nip at my 15 month old sons ankles and he dont lik it what do i do?
Answers:
broadsheet works with my staff .and a amazingly firm voice from you i know it migth be a chore but it works with my dog and hes seven years matured sometimes i still have to recount him but i get loyal and love from him righteous luck
Tell her "NO" and have her sit or do something else. Have a time out.
Drop see him into the next dimention, your dog will consequently be fine.
hold her mouth shut gently and vote in a firm voice "NO BITE" and consequently let her shift.
do it every time and she should start getting the message.
Hiya I had like peas in a pod prob with my pup and son. Everytime pup go to do it, squeal in a elevated pitch to distract pup and take away from your son and acquire her to play with another toy. The soaring squeal will mean to your dog that he have hurt you, and as you are "top dog"pup should know this behaviour is wrong. It may nick a while to sink in and abundantly of perseverance on your behalf, but it should work within the end
Good luck!!
The pup is trying to play approaching he would with his litter mate, but you have to get it clear that its unnacceptable. A firm 'no' and time out would be a start but you really need to give somebody a lift the pup to puppy training. You'll learn how to coach and handle the pup and the pup will swot better manners.
get a roll up daily and whip him respectively time he does it.puppys are afraid of a roll up newspaper.
i own had 2 staffs over the later 10 years and they need to be taken within hand untimely on if they are then they grow up to be really honest with kid my dog charlie loves my little girl first be firm NO HITTING when it nip clap your hand terribly loudly to get its attention when it stops utter NO and walk away next to your kid in tow and completely forget about the dog if it trys to follow stop and repeat pay the dog no attention until it does something excluding nipping . primarily give it loads of praise for any point it does that's good -kind words cuddles but pay no attention to bad manner it may take a week but stick near it and you will have control over the dog ,mess it up and remember the dog get bigger and stronger
as soon as she does this pull her away and say-so no loudly and firmly, dont smack her though.Ignore her for 10mins and while she is nipping even tolerate out a little yelp, her litter mate would have react this way and it automatically stops play.Good luck
nil, this is perfectly commonplace. A responsible breeder will not have sold you a pup to walk with a 15 month antediluvian in the first place. It is your own reprimand for not doing some research into what is normal way of life for a puppy.
