You can get whats call a spawning brush, the fish lay their eggs on that then you can move up it out and keep it surrounded by a bucket of your pond water until they hatch.
it could work if the web is very fine. but that will form the pond small for the fish. you could get a breeding box for the eggs. ask your local pet shop. perfect luck.
You could do this but I wouldn't recommend it unless the net is extremely fine - fish own a way of getting dishevelled in EVERYTHING!
The best entity would be one of those floating spawning boxes or using a mop -both are very cheap and glibly obtainable from any pet shop.
