Answers:
goldfish aren't mean fish, are you sure that they are "courting"
males will pursue females, chase them adjectives over the tank and
nuzzle them trying to bring back them to spawn
Goldfish tend to be fin nippers. You probably want to put them in a separate container and just put standard goldfish within with standard goldfish and fantails within With just fantails
they are probably trying to read out to them go away bring lost this is my tank. if it get to bad seperate them. Are the other fish bigger? or womanly?
Well goldfish is an aggressive fish so you should only put goldfish beside goldfish or any aggressive fish to fight vertebrae
1 of my daughters fish was one bullied by a smaller fish, which was constantly chasing it,+ nip its sides+ biting its tail+ fins, the bigger fish seemed stressed out.I get some good advice+ from the site below.I emailed the problem+ soon have a reply with instructions on what to do. Amongst other suggestion,1 to stop the bullying was to put a mirror surrounded by the tank.
Sounds daft, but worked. The 2fish are fairly happy within the same reservoir now,no bullying.
