Answers:
Hmmmm, I think you might be looking for a massively long time, unlss you want to try looking up mother Nature on the WWW...;
Loony. And don't come to England, we're fine thanks.
There are two sorts of hedgehog, the European and the African. There is no such piece as a 'pedigree' hedgehog.
You cannot keep European hedgehogs as pets. Its iffy. And they stink. I don't mean they pong a bit, the faeces will stink your house out.
I suggest you'd need an introduction license AND an exotic pet license for an African hedgehog. Make sure you know how to feed it in the past you buy it.
Yep I have hear of domesticated hedgehogs,
try this below, they maybe competent to help you find one

I've hear that gypsies used to cover them in mud, cook them, later eat them.
Sounds positively revolting to me but hedgehog farming could be a big business opportunity for someone.
Not too sure going on for pedigrees though.
There is no such thing have pedigree hedgehogs & leave ours alone they are becoming dying out.
Don,t you know anyone that does landscape gardening? They come across hedgehogs. Sorry don,t know any breeders.
