i can't believe your dog has be vomiting and having diarrhea for a week and your first thought is to ask on here. thieve the poor thing to the vet. he's probably so desiccated by now he's going to inevitability iv fluids to get him put money on on track. would you vomit and poop liquid and dawdle to see blood in it beforehand you did something? i just hope your scarcity of attention has not put your dog surrounded by serious jepardy. these little guys can become very sick incredibly quick. and are busy and strong enough to accomplishment fine even when very sick. carry him to a vet ASAP. and hopefully when you're older and can't whip yourself to a dr. no one let you sit around doing this for a week and jumps online on a sunday afternoon to ask this.
I would purloin it to the vets! i know some dogs are prone to d and v bugs but a week is a long time, although the blood may merely be because of the diarhoea making him sore there may be something else going on in attendance u really need to thieve him to the vets SOON! he may freshly need a simple dose of antibiotics or in that may be some kind of bowel complication any way he wants treatment.
Take your jack russel to the vet,he could have parvo virus,especially if uninnoculated.
