11 stone + lab unbiased?
Question: The Benton brothers were taken to court because they allowed their dog to grasp to over 11 stone. They feel the RSPCA be wrong to take endeavour. I think the RSPCA be very right to purloin action. The court give them a discharge. Why should we allow people to be cruel to animals and win away with it. 11 stone+ for a lab is an outrages size. The heart and adjectives its joints will suffer. It cant progress any place it can hardly move. lb5000 fine and a 10 year prohibition would have be better.

I totally agree - I can't believe that the RSPCA are letting them have the dog hindmost! I saw the brothers on the news tonight - what couple of simpletons. That poor dog.
I mull over the RSPCA were be dead right to lug action so because to be precise an outragous weight for an animal and its abusve to tolerate him get that big.
The problem is where on earth do we draw the line. If it's ok to run action against pet owners near obese animals, then why can't you transport action against the parents of big flabby children..The courts probably discharged the case because to whip action would friendly the floodgates.

i agree. i own a cat and if anything happened to her ego be devastated. you cant really love your pet if you allow this to happen.

Definitely counts as animal abuse contained by my book. No wonder the animal got arthritis (this be the owners' excuse for not giving it enough exercise). But if it's not exercising, it doesn't inevitability overfeeding. Apparently the owners also disregarded their vet's dietary advice.
And for the journal, I think there's a dutiful case for charging parents who own obese kids with child name-calling. If you can't look after 'em, you shouldn't have 'em...
It be right of the RSPCA to take act against these people. Their excuse be that the dog was surrounded by too much pain next to arthritis to do any exercise, but thats a load of sh*t. My dated dog was riddled next to arthritis and he managed to enjoy a walk every daylight. I think its disgusting that they be allowed to have the dof put a bet on
I felt approaching crying when i saw that poor dog on the news. Even though it be going blind and just roughly able to step, it just have a look about it that it be a really friendly dog and relieved that some one had rescued it from it's suffering and throbbing. Labs are prone to put on weight and own joint problem so why did they consent to it go so far. There is no excuse for any animal to become over solidity.
The laws surrounded by this country are far to soft on people that knock about or neglect animals. A imperative should come in that you own to have a licence to own any animal and to prove that you are knowledgable roughly speaking that animal. That way one and only true animal lovers will own them.
they are out of order and should enjoy had to pay cheque for it more the poor dog y didnt people report it early when they saw it getting fat? they should be forced to chomp through and get obese so they cant bearing teah em a lesson!
I agree totally that it wasn't fair on the poor dog, but if they hadn't be allowed to keep the dog afterwards the poor dog wouldn't know where it be being put.
They should be allowed to hold the dog, they are the dogs family, but the RSPCA should preserve a close eye on them and make sure that the dog isn't man overfed and is getting some exercise daily.
i consider that the rspca were right to bring action because over feed an animal is still cruelty even though they said that they loved their dog they would have notice that he was nearly 7 stone over weight and the poor dog could scarcely stand.That poor dog was suffering and resembling some other dogs they would eat and devour until they explode so this is a good example of what could be the long possession effects of over feeding your dog.Some dogs may look hungry but they would only just eat until they explode and to be exact why you only nurture your dog 2 times a day so this munificent of situations do not have to deal with.
