9 week old-fashioned puppys poo is black is this common?
Question: I have a 9 week older staff puppy. And he has not have his needles yet. One of my friends give me some puppy stuff you give them it if you conjecture they have worms. So i give him a drop just to receive sure and a few days later his poo be coming out black is this normal? The stuff my friend give me was black so is the run of the mill?
Answers:
did you read the instructions on the bottle and give him the right amount? too much can engineer hi sick, not enough wont work.
it is possible he have worms, and the stuff could have made his poo black. it could also be his diet.
if he doesnt look sick, and you didnt afford him too much, he should be fine. just hold on to an eye on him.
.
this could be down to the worming stuff and/or distress sometimes it is a sign of internal bleeding but as your pup is only 9weeks ancient i dont think you inevitability to be worrying about that. Just save an eye on him and if this carries on run him to the vets clinic for a check-up it sure resourcefully could be normal
YEs - this is the treatment coming out the other failure - if he had have worms there would hold been some surrounded by his poo too - if there be none to be seen your puppy is 'clean'. *make sure you write down somewhere what date you wormed him so you can do it again at the subsequent ( 8 wk usually i think ) time - Its so earth-shattering to worm pups - they are always ingestion wierd things and they can easily pick up adjectives sorts of nasties :) Glad to hear your so responsible and looking out for your new babe-in-arms - i love love love staffies - lucky you!!
