In reply to Dolph, dogs have in truth been more inbred (by humans) than humans hold. Different breeds have different characteristics. Gundogs, for example, tend to travel ballistic if left alone for long period, because they have be bred for human company. Leave a Weimaraner alone for an hour and your furniture will be in shreds. A spaniel take four to five hours.
So in nonspecific, a well-looked after dog will be sane and joyous, especially if the owner understands what it have been bred for and how to accommodate its requirements. But dogs can have their problems too.

I ponder it's because their pyramid of needs is reduced to rudimentary necessities such as eating, sleeping, playing which they receive enough of... compared to humans, where on earth "superior" needs such as self-esteem, the esteem of others, individual popular etc bring about more and more problems that when not solved generate depressions.
In conclusion, a dog stays sane and joyous because hopefully he have a sane owner :p, otherwise there are cases of pet depressions too (which move about beyond my understanding).

They don't have a trouble in the world. All they ponder about is someone giving them food and loving.
Their requirements are simple and easily met by any wearing clothes owner; plus they are able to embezzle pleasure in the simple things surrounded by life.
We enjoy to worry something like a whole complex entangle of social problems, both at home and work, we have financial worries and we can infer ahead to illness and destruction.
bocoz they dont have tension like we inhabitants have. firstly they dont hold to work n earn for their family. due to this they can other enjoy.

They live surrounded by the moment, have no expectations, no stress, and we as empire would be better off if we could do one and the same!!
Becuz they iz dogs, not humans in fur suits!
They do not turn to school, enjoy 8-5 (or worse) jobs, achieve married, get divorced, bump up kids that they worry nearly for life, etc. They don't own the mental capacity to do these things, and their brains work entirely differently.
Because they dont enjoy to work,pay bills,find up in morning near a hang over.All they enjoy to do is wonder how long till he next get fed or go for a walk.
