You are looking for an American Staffordshire Pit Bull? They are everywhere around here. You can't even provide them anymore, we just give away an 8 month old womanly. I don't know where you are but we live contained by Southern Illinois and like I said ~ we have to give away our closing one.
Hi I came wager on to add this website ~ I own noticed near are some people who don't resembling pit bulls and this offends me. I give attention to that people who are anti-pit bulls inevitability to have a look at this website and consequently form an opinion... Nothing approaching someone that doesn't know what they are talking in the order of!

Dont go to a website you boob.
There are hundreds of recue organization and shelters. Go to the kennel club web site for them. They hold a list of reputable breeders.
BUT progress to the rescue first. It's heartbreaking to see what people own done to some of these animals.
how many times are you going to ask this ask?
Why don't you check out the local rescue for the Breed. There are quite a few pit rescue groups specializing surrounded by Just Pit Rescues, check the pound, humane societies.
I, myself, wouldn't have one if it be given to me. I have be bitten by several and I've even tried to rescue them off the streets but they other have have to go to the pound. I am an expert on dogs and explicitly one of the breeds that can be very risky.
Make sure they are not illegal where on earth you live.
These are not good household dogs.

Owning a pit bull is more of a responsibility than most other dogs. I know that here in CO pit bull owners are required to convey with them at adjectives times a "jaw pipe"! In luggage their dogs latch on to someone.
I'm not saying that pit bulls are be set to vicious dogs, because they are not, but I do believe that there is some part of mental illness inwardly the breed; when the breed was first created family inbred the dogs, mothers to babies etc, etc. Some of it is definatly in the be that they are raised, but sometimes you can't predict what is going to crop up.
There is a nice couple who own a pit, Angel, and brings him to the dog park I frequent. Last week my german shepard growled at Angel and that was it!! Luckily my dog be wearing a muzzle ( shes an old, miserable rescue dog who have a tendency to be for a while nippy so I make her wear a muzzle, merely in baggage. She does weight 85 lbs!) It took 3 guys to verbs Angel off! His owners are drastically good more or less him, I've even seen them only just pick him up and carry him out of the park so zilch gets harsh! However, they had pit until that time Angel. The day that it bit them, the afternoon it had to be put to sleep... You can't mess around next to these types of dogs. You need to be prepared to do what is best for the dog and for the folks around him...
Now that I've said my piece. If you're experinced with dogs and pits specifically later I would suggest you go to the shelter. The one and only thing near shelter dogs is that you never know what has happen in their chronological, so they can have some stuff to deal beside. Although sometimes you can find puppies in the shelter. Otherwise, I would suggest finding a respectable breeder, the ones who would NEVER supply their beloved puppies to the kinds of ethnic group that would train them to be vicious. They truely love the breed and their dogs and want to see them to go just to the best home! Try petfinder.org you can search local shelters AND breed rescues for breed size of dog and age of dog! Good luck!
Firstly, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier is NOT a pit bull (where do these nation get their information from?) and they clear very well brought-up family pets as long as they are resourcefully socialised and you have some penetration of the breed and what they were bred for (as near ALL breeds of dogs) just don't go off them unattended with small children. btw, a Staff is from Staffordshire, so none are technically American.
As for finding a reputable breeder, ask your vet as they should hold details of registered breeders.
Dont go to a broker these pups arn't raised within the right enviroment when young and various can have untested illnesses.Try looking on the pattern, the kc will be able to locate breeders in the vicinity your area, expect to compensate a fair bit aswell american staffs i saw just this minute were lb1,000 pounds.Remember to throughly socialise your pup as they enjoy a strong dominant streak in them towards other dogs and if you socialise her in good health from 8 weeks old she should grow up to be a angelic dog.Good luck
Contrary to what the ignorant character said, these dogs make excellent family unit pets. With that said, I suggest checking petfinder.com or perhaps even craigslist.com for a city effective you. I also strongly suggest checking local shelters first.
If you are too determined to get that fresh puppy, next I guess I recommend this site: http://www.nextdaypets.com/directory/dog...
