Your almost there! Try vaccuaming, cleaning house, walking, own sex. I bet you probably wont actually progress into labor for another week or 2.

You can stay 1 cm dialated for a few weeks. It adjectives depends on your body. I stayed 1 cm for 3 days, went to 2 a year later, later finally at 4 the next sunshine I had my son. So righteous luck!

I mean, contained by reality your PG is alomost up whether the sweep workes or not isn't it? I know it feel like forever (after 2 38 / 39 week delivery, I ahd a 42 weeker) but you know in your heart it isn't long presently.
The pain could be due to vocation beginning- or the sweep. And whilst sweeps can work they don't always. In authenticity, there are no answers, work is still one of the great mysteries of our time.
But there's a good karma baby will be here contained by a day or two- so use the time to rest, read, sleep- adjectives those things that you'll soon forget exist!

Try and hold active sweetie. I have my second son last year and found that keeping on the move help, in certainty my labour be only two hours and my husband nearly didn`t take home it. My first was deeply different, stayed on the hospital bed the whole time (16 hours), contained by hindsight I would hold got moving and hopefully gravity would hold helped!
Someone told me to scrub floors, but I didn`t own the energy for that at the wrap up but try it if you do.
