100% butter is not really 100% butter?
Question: I have be always surprised by seeing so much salted butter surrounded by our supermarkets more than unsalted. It has be really hard to find a really colloquial butter which tastes similar to butter. Even if it is written that it is a pure butter it is not. Just smell it and you will guess there is another stuff within there. So it is more resembling margarine.
Than a few months ago I tried Yeo Valleo unsalted butter. Believe it is the real one. It taste, looks and smells like authentic butter. If you do not believe me try this: take cream fraishe the more podginess in it the better and pour into the jar, close next to the lid and shake from one side to another till butter separates. It might take 30 min to 60 min. Or only just take a mixer and whisk it till butter separates. Then penchant it and smell it. You will see then what is the solid butter.

this is easier, put heavy cream surrounded by a bowl and use the old mixer on it. instant butter

I'm not sure what your question is so here go my take. The residence pure like lite is a marketing possession.For me I look for sweet butter and understand that it have something added to it. However, there are margarine products that are trying to penchant more like butter those are different products and usually don't claim to be butter.

If in the UK, the sticky label says 100% Butter Salted or not, it have to be 100% Butter.
Taste depends on the cows diets!
You only involve full cream milk for your experiment as that is how Butter is made, and freshly made butter taste better than any shop bought brand.
