Fresh Air. Sounds crazy, but it worked for me. Take your 2 other children outside, sit surrounded by a chair and keep watch on them play, soak up the sun, and in a few days your vitality will be much higher. Trust me..
Sorry, but you already know the gain, body does what it needs when your expecting, so progress with the flow, catch family friends and stale course you Better Half to help out as much as pos.
You will discern a lot better at 16 wks.
you must suffer with it and appropriate it as a sign your body needs the rest. your bosy is doing so much at the moment and desires time to rest. plus, at 10 weeks, you're not thru the miscarriage stage, so dont over do it.
it's nearly over now anyway as when you neter the 2nd trimester, you;ll touch so much better.

That's what self pregnant does to you. Try and get rather rest every now and afterwards, even if it's not to sleep, just put your foot up. Going to bed at 9pm is ok for you if you need it. The constant tiredness will endorse soon don't worry. x
I'm pregnant and work full time surrounded by the military. I'm ALWAYS thinking if I could just salt away and take a 5 minute powernap I'll make it through the rest of the work daytime. When I feel tired, I catch up and walk around a bit and take a drink of water. Just moving help me feel somewhat less tired.
Are you taking prenatal vitamins? Try one next to a high potency of B vitamins (B-6/B-12) as they are supposed to boost your force. You're almost done with the first trimester so your dash level should fluently be going up soon anyways. Best wishes.
