Question:
Hi,

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and really fed up next to it already.
I haven't had a scan on the other hand either - still waiting!
I'm running around after a toddler adjectives day and exhausted!
Anybody any accepted wisdom what might cheer me up?!

Thanks,

Answers:
this might cheer you up , your not only, lol
I hold a 20 month old and a 3 year older and i`m 23 weeks pregnant. I`m exhausted all the time, but hey, it worth anyone tired over something so precious. Children are a blessing and as you can see so many woman purely wish they can be contained by your shoes, chasing a little one around. So count your blessing because so masses woman can`t have those little bundles of delight. try reading a nice book and taking a bubble bath when the little one go to sleep, it will help you to relax. If you own any close friends or family member that are willing to study the toddler for the day , tolerate them do it and give yourself a mommy morning out.
WOW! YOU HAVE A WAYS TO GO.
JUST REST AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!
SEE IF DAD CAN LET YOU HAVE A DAY OF REST AT A QUIET SPA THAT OFFERS LIKE MOMMY MASSAGES. THEY ARE AWESOME.
If you can afford it, I would suggest taking a afternoon for your self and going to a day spa. It will back you calm down and be pamper. Good luck and Congrats!!
You are really restless, tired, and just plain blah through parts of a pregnancy. Keep chasing the toddler, devour foods that will give you heartiness, get plenty of rest when you can, find creative ways to occupy your time (like gardening, sewing, cooking, knit, reading, ect.) and the time will pass. You will receive through it. Good luck!
It will get better, right very soon you are going through the tired and morning sickness stage at about 16 weeks you will start notion a lot better up until essential the end of the pregnancy when you will be miserable again :) dutiful luck
Try to nap when your toddler does.... it'll re-acquaint yourself with you and help you grain not so cranky and exhausted. ^_^ Don't forget to eat nutritious foods and drink plenty of marine, too.
Wow! You've got reasonably a ways to go until you hold that precious bundle contained by your arms, so pace yourself!

I can single imagine how exhausting it must be chasing a toddler - is in that any chance of a line member watching her while you carry some invaluable me-time in?

I desire you well!
A doze! Nap when your toddler naps. And if he won't budge down, take him to McDonalds Playland, clutch yourself a nice treat and let him wear himself/herself out. Then aim for that powernap. I slept a LOT during the first trimester... it was the merely thing that made me grain good! Just be devout to yourself, ok?
Try finding a few minutes to yourself everyday. The weather is getting nicer, so maybe soon you can only get out of the house next to the toddler. Just a change of geography will help. And focus of what you will have surrounded by the end. Another superb baby! Hang contained by there.
Sophia,

You adjectives ready know what a rapture motherhood can be if you own a toddler.

Be patient, you know it will return with better, you just can't take back.
soon your baby will arrive and you can enjoy help from your toddler to go and get things for you or when the baby is elder they will entertain respectively other! but just regard as you can make this one your closing one too.
Any relatives nearby that can cart the 3 year old when you obtain too exhausted and can't cope? That would be my suggestion. Because you can't tame a three year mature, and neither can you make pregnancy nouns go away. So name in the reinforcements.
are you contained by the uk? have you registered near a midwife? you should've had your scan by immediately

why not pamper yourself, hold a nice warm bubble tub,a box of choccies and a nice movie

congrats
Do you have someone who can survey your toddler once a week, even for like an hour? That help so much for me! If not, then once a week help yourself to an hour to yourself after they're in bed. Read a book, drink some tea, study a favorite movie, do something that you love, but can't do because of how busy you are. Nap when your toddler naps. Remember that this is transient and in a few months you'll own a wonderful playmate for your beautiful toddler!
If you hold money, a babysitter and a day at the spa would be great for you. God bless your heart! Get that scan and simply stay healthy. Excersising produces endorphines (unless chasing the todler is your excersise) and put away comfort foods when your tummy isn't upset. Bagles are great. If you have time to hold a nice long bubble bath lighting some candles and keep the lights low. Aeromatherapy works, I promise.
aaawwwww yes. I did matching a year ago. Being stressed while being pregnant isn't well-mannered for you or your baby. After your toddler go to bed, take a nice melt bath and listen to some relaxing music. When I be pregnant and I too had a toddler also. After my toddler go to bed, I would listen to some music, danced alittle bit, watch some wrestling (for some reason put me within a cheerful mood). Remember patients is a vurtue. Good Luck and Congrats!!!
Your lucky!! We have be trying for three years to have kids. Im shure once we finally do I will be contained by your position. Put on a great comedy cd or dvd. Laughter is the best medicine.
Just contemplate you have a a newborn inside of you that knows your voice, your husbands, your crow, is completely depending on you for life. Rest embezzle some time for you, see if a family applicant or friend can take your toddlerfor for a time while, and when your about organized to cry hold your stomach and think of what amazing things are coming.
Be grateful that youre pregnant! Ive be trying with no luck and would love to be surrounded by your position! Just relax and enjoy it, and carry help near looking after your other one! For instance cant you get a house member or friend to support out by taking the toddler out for a few hours so you can do what you need to?
Sounds close to you got your hand full with one child and another on the agency. Have you thought about possibly putting your toddler in some actions to give yourself a break since it's exausting to be preggos and chasing a kid down adjectives day.
When my kids win overwhelming I tell my husband the kids are yours, I'm taking a break. afterwards I take a hot hip bath. Or read a book. If you get the( I'm a mom not a woman syndrome) resembling me. I take hot hip bath. Do my nails and hackle, And put on my favorite outfit. Even if I'm not going anywhere. It's important to remember your a woman who wants to be pampered sometimes and not only just a mom/wife. And yes I know it's not good to enjoy kids watch TV adjectives the time but If I put on sponge bob on I know my 3 year old will be out of trouble for awhile. Make him a snack go and get him some milk and you may have roughly an hour to read or just lay down on the couch.

oh and I know this may be intricate. But if he takes a sleep resist the urge to catch up on house work.force yourself to rest.
I discern ya, trust me, I do. I have twin 17 month olds to chase and I'm 20 wks pregnant. Think put a bet on, the first trimester is the most exhausting. It will get better soon. In the imply time, relax as much as possible. Let the household chores fall by the wayside. Take time for YOU. Things will acquire better. Best of luck.
Oh Sweety! I DO NOT envy you.
When I was pregnant I be so miserable that I actually get on my own nerves..each time I be pregnant.
I hate human being pregnant more than I hate intake beets. I hate human being pregnant more than I hate getting audited by the IRS.
Honey, I antipathy being pregnant more than I abhor George Bush.
But it is so worth it. It is temporary, and you are gonna be fine. Whenever you can procure the toddler to nap, you snooze too. Try doing things with him/her that uses up their liveliness and not yours.
If you have an outside play nouns, go on out here and bring a book or just yourselves and survey the child play. No pushig the swing, or any of that..just try and relax. Bring a snack for you and the toddler. When you obtain home, put the child down for a nap and also bring one yourself. You can do chores several weeks from now.they'll any still be there or someone else will own cleaned instead. Believe me, the world will adapt to you, and why not?
Hiya i hold felt resembling tht all the approach throo and this is my first altho i am a nursery nurse so i suppose lookin afta 15 toddlers is hard wrk? i a moment ago thought i would give u the addy to my different website and u could come on and chat with me and other ppl contained by the same situation its www.mbrecords.co.uk/baby
i would love to see you on in that
Nat :)
Hate to tell you this, but you've get 18 to 35 more years of being feed up. Talk to your husband and stop the assembly line.
Ask some nearest and dearest or friends to watch the toddler for a weekend or so and filch a break for yourself! Also, see if any friends or familycan help you around the house. If they are out of commission and you can afford it, try hiring a nanny to help. Good luck!
Just relax, you are bound to be exhausted near a toddler around, if your toddler has a sleep during the daylight, take a rest yourself.

Make sure you sleep plenty, for cheering yourself up, cater to yourself with a lovely relaxing hip bath to relax when your toddler is in bed at hours of darkness, if you can find a babysitter, go out for the evening next to you partner or some friends, just for a still drink, or for a meal.

You could also hold a 'girl night' either surrounded by a friends home or your own, they are several things you can do, but not too strenuous.

Good luck with your pregnancy,
