(emabarrasing problem) Wind surrounded by pregnancy .?
Question: I keep ratification wind and i cant stop it and its so embarrasing, any ones else have this? and why is it happening?

yes nought you can do except stop eating beans .and gassy foods, and if it happen while in company only just blame the baby or your husband
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. terribly embarrasing. i know.. and it gets worse surrounded by last month... i ponder this is due to the baby pressure on hte bladder or somrthing.
so the best piece to do is to ignore it when u go past a wind.hihi

nearby are a list of foods that lead to gas, bloating, and pain. ALSO, constipation become an issue during pregnancy BUT, there is a prenatal vitamin that have a stool softner in it.

I am a midwife.never hear this as pregnancy related problem.check and make any alteration within your diet if needed.
You need to increase the fiber surrounded by your diet. Try eating more beans and cabbage.
try to ceiling your fruit intake, that usally cause excess gas. I use to chomp through alot of toast that usally kept it under control.
average im afraid, just try and conceal it if its really embarrasing, it gets worse in recent times after too (well did with me), and i dont do that contained by front of anyone, not my mum, partner of nine years of anyone on the planet lol

If you enjoy to go somewhere and you regard as you need give a hand so as not to get dismayed, try charcoal from the chemists.
it happenend to me in the first three mths of pregnancy, nil was stable within my tummy at that time. try yogurt, its a relief, it absorb all the gas contained by ur tummy, helped me plentifully.
i think u have the problem before pregnancy but it become discernible in pregnancy you own to drink allot of water Ber sunshine & you`ll notice the difference

your digestion contained by pregnancy is quite slow at stages cause, indigestion,constipation and of course excess turn!! don't worry merely steer clear of things that seem to gross it worse. It won't last throughout, you might carry bouts of it now and again though purely carry some nouns freshener with you!! Being pregnant is wonderful but also so disgusting sometimes!! It's adjectives completely normal so in recent times let rip and relieve yourself no honourable having a belly throbbing all the time and screech about it too! may as very well make flimsy of it eh?
The digestive system does slow down during pregnancy but this tends to effect constipation rather than flatulence. I assume you should look at your diet. Refined wheat can cause flatulence.
