15 weeks pregnant and hungry during the hours of darkness?
Question: just wondering if this is regular at this stage or not thanks

Practically everything within pregnancy is normal your body does really unexpected things. I don't remember being hungry this untimely on but once I hit about 30 weeks I get out of bed most nights, get myself some breakfast cereal and climbed back into bed to munch through it. It did the trick and 10 minutes later I be back within the land of Nod. If I tried to look right through it I would be awake for hours
then put away

I enjoy been highly hungry throughout this entire pregnancy, especially during first trimester, my appetite went through the roof!! I could out put away my husband. Now I'm 34 weeks and I've already gained a total of 50 lbs which will not be fun to lose!!
Yes, if you rouse up hungry at night you should enjoy a small snack like apples and cheese or a peanut butter sandwich. That's what I do and it help so I don't feel so hungry surrounded by the morning too.
I used to have to give somebody a lift biscuits to bed with me when I be pregnant. I would wake up within the middle of the night adjectives! I had twins :-)

Perfectly everyday. Sometimes a pain, especially at hours of darkness and it isn't in the house. Then hubby have to get up and jump out and seek it for you. I lived surrounded by an Italian town when I was pregnant near my first. I craved mexican food!! Hubby went nuts trying to find it!
it's run of the mill. Eat and enjoy. Remember, you hold to eat plenty calories, nutrients, and vitamins for you and the baby. Be sure to take enough calcium too because if the newborn takes adjectives you have, your teeth and bones will be deprived of strength. Good Luck!
I've never be pregnant, but my mom has five kids and I'm the oldest so I've be with her while she be pregnent 4 times..She ate all the time daylight or night..of late eat, you can other lose weight after the birth...CONGRATS!
Most times if your craving food approaching mad its because your body is need something that you haven't supplied for it. Are you drinking plenty of water? Are you taking your prenatals? Are you drinking balanced meal? Are you eating smaller more frequent meal instead of 3 large meal a day? If you aren't doing these things, next you need to adjust your diet and youll find the mid darkness cravings will go away.

Whilst I was pregnant I craved mash potato 24/7.
I always made sure I have things handy when I was hungry. I made premade salad, things I could reheat, i have some biscuits and a bottle of drink handy next to my bed also.
I meditate it's absolutely common. Your eating for two presently. I'm 20 weeks along and during this pregnancy i'm not eating as much as the finishing. Thank god lol. Eat when your hungry and don't when your not. But when you are hungry try to eat forceful foods like meat, fruit, vegetables, nuts etc. Try to cut down sugary foods also. Also hold on to up your calcium intake good for both you and newborn. I don't mean chocolate, ice-cream and the resembling either lol. Even though i know it's REALLY unyielding. And lots of water sometimes hunger can in fact be an indication of dehydration. And gentle excercise. All the best : )

its impressively normal throughout your together pregnancy to be hungry at night. Make sure you sort your meals smaller and chomp through before you receive so hungry you eat everything contained by your cabinet. I had to travel from eatting 3 big meals a afternoon, to eatting like 6-7 small meal. For some people, not that copious meals are needed, but since I'm slender and own a fast metabolism my body required more. Have a pretty wearing clothes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and in between snack. Have some fruit, or crackers and cheese, or bagels, or a sandwich or something contained by between each banquet. And at night formerly you go to bed you find or reason you may get hungry and own to wake up, enjoy another snack right before you stir to bed, and you should be good to ending throughout the night.

Are you eating adequate throughout the day, I wouldn't verbs, and would eat as hungry through darkness whether pregnant or not needs sorting or it will hang on to you awake, take a banana to bed providing you don't suffer heartburn, full of potassium and also apparently aides sleep.
when your pregnant and you achieve cravings for anything..i say devour it because i feel that cravings are things (food etc) that your body requests while dealing with this exchange, so go ahead and soak up your pregnancy...good luck
