Why do cows recline down surrounded by the rain’?

don't know but for chickens, it means if they stay out contained by rain,it not going to precipitation long and if they head for chicken coop its going to precipitation all daylight.
This is a common myth. Although they do fib down when it's about to rainfall, they also do this when ever they are cold. The most vunerable part of any breed of cow is the underbelly. Cows do not nescessarily lie down when it rain. A Cow has two stomaches. when it is grazing, adjectives the grass goes into the first stomach. A cow does not chew and digest food when it is grazing. When it bhas chock-full the first stoach to capacity, the food is consequently passed to the second stomach. In the second stomach the cow regurgitates the food and then lies down to digest it. You will spot that when cows are lying down, they are chewing. lying down helps them to digest food easier.
Because unfeeling underground gnomes own grabbed their foot and pulled them into the ground so they can't run to the cowshed.

Cow do not necessarily lie down within rain. Most regularly you will see them bunched as a herd contained by the corner of their pasture or pen.
