You clearly hold no idea what a percentage is, but you post your homework up here and 30 other society do it for you. Then you'll go to arts school, hand surrounded by your homework, and your teacher will bestow you a sticker and congratulate you.

Although it appears that this is a quip, it is possible that it can be a genuine press as a lot of relations, unfortunately are not properly thought to figure percentages. So here it go:
Percentages are calculated by multiplying the number you want to find the percentage of (e.g. your lb100) by the percentage that you require (e.g. 17 in your case). Then, you divide the result by 100. In your examine (lb100X17)/100 = lb17. The units of the result is other the same as the level that you would like to find the percentage of. In your bag this was lb100 and the 17% of lb100 is lb17.
