20 length?
Question: Just done 20 lengths at the local swimming pool is that suitable, or could i do better. I have merely started.
Answers:
for a beginner thats pro. but you know, you can other do better :P. try moving up in small increments though, if not you might push yourself too hard. i recommend going up by two strokes respectively time. or if your going for a cardio workout, time yourself and try and get it down. apt swimmers can swim 24 lengths within about 9 min, and olympians. let not go here XD
20 LENGTHS SOUNDS GOOD TO ME
yes it is very right for a beginner, practise at doing it surrounded by all the strokes, next you can say you are a superb swimmer
20 length is good depending on how long it took you to swim them.
You lately learned how to swim? or newly started training? If your a new learner than thats fantastic! if you are trying to train, try to do somewhat more, and if you're uncomfterble, you can try running and dryland ( abs, weights ect.) to get your lack of complaint and strength up.
i assume we're talking a 25 m pool length here, and specifically pretty good for a pupil.. most of the 1st-years on my team would do that for a thaw up though, just as a insinuation.
Thats good for someone who freshly started espcially if you did it with out stopping every time that you be in motion try to add a couple length. This will help build up your tolerance gradually.
