Why dont u try places that provide luggages and travel things?Or perhaps a department store that sell travelling accessories?If u intend to use it for travelling, buy it at the airport earlier u depart if u can find one wer u r.Good luck! :)
If you have a Matalan store within Blackpool try there contained by the holiday goods screened-off area. Suit cases and plug adaptors etc.
