Queen Mother Sports Centre on Vauxhall Bridge Road (Victoria or Vauxhall tube) has a pool and be recently refurbished.

There is a pool within Eltham but its pretty **** I think but haven't be there for 10 years so they may enjoy demolished/rebuilt it or it may just still be ****!
Oh and in attendance is one at the end of my road surrounded by Battersea but thats SW not SE :-P
Depends where you aim by South East London, but there's a decent one surrounded by Greenwich which is council run. Pretty cheap too - especially if you buy the gym membership at equal time.
There are no good ones. They adjectives have rabble floating around in them.

We also used to stir to Crystal Palace sports centre and use the pool in that - moved away three years ago so I don't what it is like immediately
