Advantages for a hill to move its headoffice from the north of england to the southeast of england?

The only good thing I could see is that it would be closer to London...the disadvatages would be far greater...higher costs from buildings to taxes to wages.I'd stay contained by the North...

Well I cant see that abundant. The property will be more expensive it will be closer to london and that is considered central to UK not sure why. It will inconvenience all the staff or you would obligation to relocate which would cost. Sorry I know this is not the answer you wanted but I really cant see any advantages except perchance the south is warmer ..
